Why a QR WiFi code beats a note on the fridge
A handwritten WiFi password on a Post-it gets torn, faded and mistyped. QR codes get scanned in one second and work every single time. Welcome-QR takes it further: the password is not just readable, it's tap-to-copy, and on many phones the guest can even connect with one tap without typing at all.
The Welcome-QR WiFi block
The WiFi block is the first block in every guest guide. It shows the SSID, the password in a clean monospaced font, and a Copy button that copies the password to the clipboard. Guests then paste it into their iOS or Android network settings. On modern phones, some scanners even auto-connect.
Change the password anytime
You update the password in your dashboard. The next guest to scan sees the new password. The printed QR sticker never needs to be replaced. This alone saves hours per year for hosts who rotate their password monthly for security.
Multi-network support
If your property has separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, you can display both, each with its own password. Some hosts also expose a guest-only WiFi to keep smart-home devices on a separate network — Welcome-QR supports that too.
Better than a WiFi-only QR
Standalone WiFi QR codes (the ones that connect to a network directly) exist, but they only solve one problem. Welcome-QR solves the WiFi problem while also delivering the entire welcome experience — check-in codes, local tips, house rules — from the same sticker.
Design your WiFi sticker
The QR image is available as high-resolution PNG for printing on aluminum, laminated cards, magnets or fridge stickers. Print it in the entrance so guests scan it while dropping their bags.
